How much does a commission cost?
The average rate is $1.00 per page. It will go up if certain pages are heavy in text.
How do I pay for a commission?
Gift me through Paypal at bouyatachi@gmail.com.
Currently I will only accept full payment upfront.
Please do NOT send your payment to me before I have told you whether or not I’ll translate it. This is critical, if you skipped over the previous sentence please re-read it.
What you will translate/not translate or prefer to translate/not translate?
I will not translate anything with: scat, vore, gore, birthing, unbirthing, >10% furry, yaoi/male homoerotic, bestiality, lolicon, toddlercon, or shitting.
I will also not translate anything licensed such as Linda Projects.
I prefer not to do anything with: preggo, yuri/lesbian, shotacon, extreme femdom such as reverse anal, nipple fucking, non-sexual physical abuse like hitting the face or stomach, or subjectively ugly art.
I prefer and specialize in translating: netorare, cheating, 2 or more males and 1 female, gangbang, mind control, mind break, sexual training, female masochism, sex change, chicks screwed by unattractive men, public humiliation, and degeneration.
(Edit May 2011: Though this past year I’ve been typecasted into doing alot of vanilla stuff!! That’s okay though, I can do vanilla too)
Will you do ‘Donor Projects’?
Sure, and for anyone who doesn’t know, a Donor Project is when you want to commission something expensive, like say the full manga or ‘Tankoubon‘ which can easily cost $150++, so you can pay a chapter’s worth of price upfront and I’ll set it as a ‘Donor Project’. At that point, anyone can donate as much or as little as they want to see that the whole project is completed. For each chapter that is payed off, I’ll translate it and release it.
lol 1 dollar per page, you sir are an idiot. so around 20 bucks for a chapter and if i want a volume done ima fork over about 180 bucks? lol haha, wow you are dumb.
Hey, it’s standard for commissions, that’s why people like to put a volume down as a donor project so they don’t fork the whole bill by themselves.
It’s actually pretty damn cheap compared to what some translators charge.
Question for clarification. “No licensed material” means you don’t do doujin, right? Because if I am incorrect I would really like to know, there is a doujin I’ve really been wanting translated and I really liked the work you did on the dialogue in “Tsubomi Hiraku wa Beni no Hana” towards the end.
Nah, doujins are fine, unless it’s a Linda Projects doujin.

So, does that mean you will do mainstream manga that has not been licensed in North America? Cause I have a bunch of Kotaro Makaritoru that I need to get done.
